Estimates are only "best guess" and may change before we begin or during your project. A site visit may be required prior to an estimate and/or work commencement. Some projects may be flat-rate priced, instead of hourly/daily.

All payments are COD (cash/payment on delivery). No extended payment terms are available. Rates are based on a cash payment discount using cash, check (personal or business) or Zoelle. Credit and debit card payments forfeit the cash payment discount of 4% (additional 4% added to total due when paying by credit/debit).

| Business and working hours are Monday - Friday from 7am - 5pm. Your project will be completed within these days and times. Saturday is an on-call day, by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays. |
| Materials are additional and billed at our cost on your invoice. To ensure proper repairs and to maintain our warranty, we do NOT use customer supplied building materials (sheetrock/wood/nails/screws, etc). We WILL install customer supplied fixtures (fans/lights/doorknobs/mirrors etc). |
| Time spent at the store (drive time and shopping) for materials purchasing is applied toward your hourly rate. |
| Emergency and after hours service calls are billed at $100/hr/man with a $65 service call charge/man, 1 hour minimum. Emergency/after hours service call labor is billed at $1.67/minute for any partial hours. |
| Rates quoted are for a single job site (single address). Multiple job sites (more than 1 address) incur separate charges with labor minimums and service call charge billed additional. Partial hours above the minimums or time worked over each hour are billed at $1/minute for labor: ($60/hr/man ÷ 60 minutes/hr = $1/minute/man). You only pay for the time we're there. We don't bill an additional hour for 10 minutes of work if we go over our allotted time. |
